Description
The project calls for the complete refurbishment of the pool, beach and adjacent premises. The waterproofing will be redone, and the concrete walls corrected. The membrane will be removed and replaced with ceramic. Several pieces of equipment will be replaced.
The general appearance of the spaces will also be reviewed to give this 50-year-old infrastructure a facelift. Wall and ceiling finishes will be replaced, new lighting fixtures installed and two large windows cut into one wall to let in natural light. The sound quality of the premises will be improved by the installation of acoustic panels. Universal accessibility will also be improved.
