Description
With its Scandinavian-inspired architecture featuring Quebec materials, the Arborescence condo-refuges project in Bromont offers a haven in the heart of the forest to live to the rhythm of the four seasons, whether it's ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, enjoying the facilities of the Bromont Water Park or simply admiring the view towards the townships. The project, of which phases 1 and 2 have already been built, will continue in different phases and will eventually comprise approximately 280 units. Located on the slopes of the Townships, the units offer spaces designed to maximize light and nestled in the heart of nature.
With their vast windows offering a vibrant connection with the outdoors, the sanctuary condos are available in a variety of configurations, and range in size from 720 to 1,518 sq. ft. A swimming pool with spa, tennis courts, a fitness trail, a bike and ski maintenance workshop and an area with outdoor fireplace are sure to please sports enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. In addition to unobstructed views of the Eastern Townships, Arborescence offers a complete ecosystem in perfect harmony with the environment. Everything has been thought out in such a way as not to disrupt the surrounding ecosystem and to preserve the forest cover as much as possible.
