ABCP has been selected by Université Laval to design the new pavilion that will house the École supérieure d'études internationales and organizations such as the Bureau International, the École des langues, the Bureau de vie étudiante and international studies student groups. Named the “Carrefour international Brian-Mulroney”, it is intended to honor the contribution of the former Canadian prime minister and graduate of Université Laval's Faculty of Law to Quebec's development and international politics. The future pavilion will provide training for the next generation of diplomats and foreign service officers, and contribute to enhancing the place of Quebec and the Canadian Francophonie on the international stage.

Located at the heart of the campus, the project will also be a showcase for innovative low-carbon construction, with its wood structure, use of biosourced and recycled materials, energy efficiency and diversity of uses. The building will aim for LEED V4 Gold certification and will be a Net-Zero Carbon - design building.
