Description
The Massif of Charlevoix, located about 100 km East of Quebec City, is a ski area with the highest vertical drop East of the Canadian Rockies. It allows to enjoy unique views of the St. Lawrence River. Led by Groupe Le Massif, this touristic project builds on the values of sustainable development and it includes sake of benefits for the region, including the city of Baie-Saint-Paul nearby.
Le Massif de Charlevoix real estate development plan offers services and accommodation for about 800 units of housing. A comprehensive analysis of the site allowed by subtractive process, to highlight the best places to site planning and development both for the development of this natural environment unique to the fine tourist to at least reduce the environmental footprint of occupation of this territory. The main entrance to the site by the top of the mountain and its railroad at the base paired to the lifts contribute to revitalize the site for his attendance on four seasons. The project is currently under construction.
